Project Goal:
Improving the ecological condition of protected areas in the village of Manyava, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
Project Objectives:
1. To carry out environmental protection measures (landscaping, arrangement of springs and crossings, installation of information signs, fire tower) on the territory of 2 protected areas and the road connecting them;
2. To draw the attention of the authorities, local residents and tourists to the preservation of the nature reserve fund in the village of Manyava by installing 4 information stands;
3. Disseminate information about the project by conducting an information campaign.
Project Implementation Location:
Nature reserves on the territory of the Manyavske forestry: “Manyavsky Skyt”, ‘Manyavsky Waterfall’, ‘Komarnyky tract’, ‘Yew tree’.
Project partners:
Manyava Forestry of Solotvynske Forestry State Enterprise.
Results:
1..Two information boards and four information signs were installed on the territories of the forest reserve of national importance “Manyava Skyt” and the hydrological natural monument of local importance “Manyava Waterfall”;
2. A spring with drinking water and a fire observation tower were arranged near the road connecting the two nature reserve sites (Monastyretska tract);
3. Three crossings were installed: (1) on the territory of the Monastyretska tract to the fire tower and (2) on the territory of the Manyava waterfall;
4. Видано інформаційний буклет про природно-заповідні об’єкти на території Манявського лісництва.
