Premiere of the Synyohora National Nature Park Promotional Video

The Frankfurt Zoological Society in Ukraine (FZS Ukraine), in collaboration with the Synyohora National Nature Park, is pleased to present a new promotional video showcasing the unique natural and historical heritage of the Gorgany mountain range.

Synyohora National Nature Park is renowned for its spectacular landscapes of stone screes formed by ancient glaciations. These natural formations also bear historical significance, as they were used during World War I for the construction of defensive fortifications.

The park is home to the highest peaks of the Gorgany massif — Mala Syvulia, Velyka Syvulia, Ihrovets, and Vysoka — all rising above 1,800 meters above sea level. Synyohora plays a vital role in conserving the biodiversity of the Ukrainian Carpathians while also offering opportunities for sustainable nature-based tourism.

In just two minutes, the video captures the spirit of Synyohora and inspires viewers to experience the park firsthand. Visitors can explore five турист routes with a total length of nearly 200 kmshowcasing the park’s diverse mountain landscapes and ecosystems.

The video was produced by Young & Hungry production and commissioned by the Frankfurt Zoological Society.
