Our organization has launched the project “Monitoring of Small Rivers in the Ivano-Frankivsk Region”, aimed at enhancing environmental awareness and improving access to information on the condition of water resources in the region.
As part of the project, information on small rivers in the Ivano-Frankivsk region is being collected, analyzed, and published. To date, materials on 15 rivers have already been prepared and published, and the section continues to be actively expanded.
The initiative aligns with the approaches of the Carpathian Convention and focuses on protecting water resources and raising environmental awareness at the local level.
The project is implemented on a volunteer basis and aims to create an open information resource for communities, youth, local authorities, and all interested stakeholders.
In the future, we plan to expand the database, engage partners, and strengthen cooperation with institutions working in the field of water resources.
