Project Goal:
To contribute to improving the provision of quality medical care for premature infants who are at-risk group from Ivano-Frankivsk and neighboring regions by
purchasing modern medical equipment for the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional
Perinatal Center
Project Objectives:
1. Replenish equip the Intensive Care Unit of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional
Perinatal Center by purchasing a modern ventilator

2. To disseminate information about the project implementation and its results in local and
regional media, online media, social networks, and on the organization’s website during April–June 2025
Project Implementation Location:
Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Perinatal Center
47 Vyacheslava Chornovola Street, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
Beneficiaries:
1. Premature infants who are in the risk group from Ivano-Frankivsk and neighboring regions – at least 213 children annually (average calculated based on data from the last two years). Benefits – access to quality medical care, prevention of disabilities, and preservation of their health and lives.
2. Medical staff of the Intensive Care Unit – 32 medical professionals from Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (30 women and 2 men). Benefit – improved conditions for preserving patients’ health and lives, and enhancement of the quality of medical care provided.
Project results:
1. The quality of medical care in the Intensive Care Unit of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Perinatal Center has been improved for at least 213 premature infants from Ivano-Frankivsk and neighboring regions annually, thanks to the purchased and installed medical equipment.
2. Supplemented by 5% the Intensive Care Unit of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Perinatal Center with new equipment, namely a ventilator – AVEA.
3. Reduced length of stay for infants in the Intensive Care Unit and decreased risk of complications or disability development.
